In line with this thought from Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta, consistently trying to do better in the field of education and resultantly serving society is the path of Karma we follow. Heading the institute as a Principal asks for not only Visionary planning and management but also demands a multi-channel intermediary that coordinates vision of the management with objectives of students, parents and co-staff members.
Being a commerce faculty, I always believe in thorough in-class academics to club with practical out of the classroom world. The same principle applies to all other disciplines of education and with introduction of NEP, this phenomenon is well translated to the students and teachers. I would expect our students to build a sound academic platform by actively attending regular academics in college and to explore that knowledge by linking it with practical experience in industry, society and system.
I expect our teachers to yield classroom plus which will result not only in students with higher grades in university exams but also in employment seekers and givers. I also expect our teachers to keep pace with the changing academic demand in light of artificial intelligence and other modern technological advances.
I would consider our institutional vision and mission successful only if we all are able to deliver better citizens for tomorrow who can make our planet a better place.
