"Change before you have to” – this quote justifies the challenge of today’s time. With rapidly transforming world, what is reality today becomes obsolete tomorrow. As a teacher, it is imperative for us to align ourselves with the changing curricular framework and its delivery to the students. Effective teaching, learning and assessment is a key in drawing out the optimum from students and aiding it with technology is a need of hour.

Having served the institution for over a decade now as a commerce faculty, I would like to set an example leading the way by adopting and absorbing changes timely. To take research initiatives, to imbibe changing curricular designs and framework, to develop professionally and to provide rich dividend to the society in the form of students who are not only job seekers but also job givers. Together we all are society and nation contributors; in whatever capacity we act with utmost integrity.
